About the Project
The Green Spine, a stretch of parks underneath the track viaducts near Yew Tee MRT, is being transformed into a vibrant shared community space. Alongside Marsiling Yew-Tee Town Council, we engaged over 230 Limbang residents in the selection of multi-generational, leisure, educational and play facilities. This was in order to make the Green Spine a space that encourages healthy living and community bonding. Residents were able to select these facilities and share ideas on what would attract them to use the Green Spine more frequently. Overall, there was a desire for unique experiences in the parks that would involve people of all ages such as community fruit gardens and mazes.
