About the Project
The Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) focuses on block and precinct improvements of a Housing Development Board estate. In most NRPs previously implemented in other neighbourhoods, residents were usually asked to select their preferred improvement works from a predetermined list.
The NRP at Nee Soon East presents us with a different opportunity from the outset, where Chairman and Town Council members desire for a deeper and more authentic way of engaging the residents.
